2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal data processed through brandora.ge and to enquiries sent through the website contact form, email, telephone, or a linked messaging service. Third-party websites are governed by their own privacy notices.
3. Personal data we process
When you use the contact form, we receive your full name, company name, business email, optional phone number, service of interest, project description, and privacy consent. If you contact us by another channel, we process the information you choose to provide.
Normal website, delivery, and security logs may also process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, and security events.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to:
- respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering a contract;
- communicate about requested services and manage related correspondence;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; and
- meet applicable legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests.
Depending on the circumstances, the legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business and responding to communications, consent where requested or applicable, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
5. Service providers and recipients
Formspree processes website contact-form submissions on our behalf. Cloudflare may provide hosting, DNS, security, and content-delivery services and process technical data needed for those functions. Email service providers process messages so we can receive and answer enquiries.
WhatsApp and its provider, Meta, receive information only when you voluntarily follow the WhatsApp link or use that service. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose data where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
6. International data transfers
Brandora is registered in Georgia, and providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires it, international transfers are supported by appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or another lawful transfer mechanism provided by the relevant service provider.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, a resulting business relationship, security, record-keeping, dispute management, or applicable legal obligations. Retention therefore depends on the nature and outcome of each interaction. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention requirements.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing, and to withdraw consent. Where the GDPR applies, these rights are available subject to its conditions and exceptions. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority where applicable.
To exercise a right, email brandora45@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Children
This website and Brandora's services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. Please do not submit a child's personal data through the contact form.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised notice will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
